About NASA SEWP
The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) program, pronounced "soup," provides the latest Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services to all Federal agencies and their approved contractors.
Created in 1993, SEWP was one of the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs). It has evolved over more than 30 years to meet customer needs. The program is self-funded through a 0.34% usage fee and supports more than 50,000 orders a year.
SEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC organized into three scope categories:

Fair Opportunity
SEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC. Under FAR 16.505(b)(1), each contract holder must be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each order over $10,000 issued under a multiple-award contract. The ordering agency decides how to provide fair opportunity and must document the rationale for each order's placement and price. SEWP recommends using its online Quote Request Tool (QRT), which automatically includes the contract holders in a selected group or suggested source.
The Fair Opportunity clause from the SEWP VI contract is reproduced below.
A.1.13 Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes
Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the ordering agency.
Contractors shall not quote solutions under this contract until the said solutions are included in the SEWP database of record and available to all Government end-users.
If the Government issues a Request For Information (RFI) as part of market research, the Contractor may provide items not yet listed on their SEWP contract as part of a market research quote if:

all such items are clearly marked as not yet available on their SEWP contract; and
-
the contractor submits a technology refreshment request to add those products to their contract.
If the Government issues a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Market Research Request (MRR), the Contractor may only respond with items available on their Contract, and the price of each item shall be no greater than the price in the Attachment F SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If the Contractor cannot meet the requirements of a Formal RFQ, the Contractor must respond with a No Bid.
When submitting a quote to a government end-user, the contractor must clearly state the length of time the quote is valid. The contractor shall honor any order submitted within the stated time period of a quote.
When responding to an RFI or RFQ issued from the NASA SEWP RFQ online quoting system, the Contractor must respond as outlined in Attachment C: Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM).
Contract Holders are prohibited from using Government information posted on the NASA SEWP Contract Holder Only Page, such as RFQs, RFIs, etc., for purposes other than proposing on SEWP requirements. This includes Contract Holders providing third parties with SEWP information and requirements for the purpose of assisting companies that are not SEWP Contract Holders with providing unsolicited proposals to meet agency requirements already posted to the NASA SEWP RFQ online quoting system.

How to Request a Quote
Agencies can request a Yudrio quote through the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) by selecting Category B or Category C, or by contacting our SEWP team directly. All quotes state how long they are valid, and Yudrio will honor any order submitted within that period. Please include the requirement description, period of performance, place of performance, and any agency-specific terms.

Installation, Warranty, and Post-Delivery Support
Services delivery and installation
Yudrio's Category B and C awards cover IT services and service-based solutions. Each order has a designated Yudrio project lead. After award, they set up a kickoff meeting to confirm scope, schedule, deliverables, and points of contact. For orders that include installation or configuration, Yudrio coordinates site access, security requirements, and acceptance criteria with the ordering agency's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Basic and extended warranty
Yudrio warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with the order's requirements and industry standards. We will re-perform any nonconforming services at no extra cost. Products delivered as part of a solution keep the original manufacturer's warranty, and Yudrio coordinates warranty claims for the customer. Extended warranty and support options can be quoted as separate line items when available.
Technical and software support
Technical support is available during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) unless the order specifies different service levels. Software support, maintenance, and subscription renewals are handled according to the terms of each order and the applicable manufacturer or publisher agreements.

Troubleshooting an Order
If you have a problem with an order, such as a delivery order discrepancy, invoicing question, schedule concern, or performance issue, please contact Yudrio's SEWP Program Manager first. If you do not receive a response within one business day, contact the Deputy Program Manager. If an issue still cannot be resolved, contact the NASA SEWP Program Management Office.
